An Assessment report analyzes an IT system for compliance with leading accessibility standards, such as Section 508 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), to determine the system’s accessibility to users with disabilities. Each assessment report identifies and prioritizes all accessibility errors within the IT system, defines the method for addressing the issues, and documents the system’s overall compliance with Section 508 and the WCAG. The reports are used to improve the compliance of the system, prepare for Department of Justice (DoJ) audits and protect against legal action under Section 508 and the WCAG.
