AMP Details

The Accessibility Management Platform provides accessibility expertise for all types of IT systems including Web sites, Web applications, software, and hardware. The following deliverables and services are included in SSB BART Group's Accessibility Management Platform:
- Creation and maintenance of a detailed Accessibility Plan, Budget and Schedule designed to achieve the appropriate level of accessibility for your organization.
- Up to two days of on-site implementation support per month (additional days in the same month provided at 20% off standard published rates).
- Monthly status report of all interactions with your organization and performance against established milestones, as defined in your Accessibility Plan.
- A dedicated SSB BART Group Account Manager as your organization's primary point of contact.
- SSB BART Group's participation in one half-day project review session per quarter.
- Notification of changes to accessibility standards that may impact your organization.
- Unlimited telephone support during normal business hours, Monday-Friday for four designated contacts within your organization.
- Same-day response times for accessibility inquiries.
- Full access to SSB BART Group's accessibility knowledge base, including best practices, standards expertise, and extensive technology experience.
